Brianna stopped by the Fenton Street Market this past Saturday, and I’m so glad she tried on (and went home with) this cropped jacket.
I had it pegged for a stylish cover to a semi-formal ensemble—maybe over a little black dress, you know? But when Brianna slipped the jacket on over her crocheted tank, it was a perfect match for her current outfit. She’s dressed up and down at the same time—great hoop earrings, ladylike jacket, and super-comfy cuffed jean shorts. If it wasn’t so darned hot out that day, I would have expected her to waltz off in the whole set.
Just a reminder that your dress code is sometimes meant to be violated!
